An online dispatch approach for distributed integrated multi‐energy system considering non‐ideal communication conditions

The distributed integrated multi-energy system (DIMS) has many advantages in terms of the utilisation renewable energy sources and clean energy. Operation strategies for DIMS based on a real-time profile have been extensively studied. In online optimisation problem, besides fluctuations output load, inconsistent time scales transport dynamics different flows non-ideal communication (involving uncertainty latency) result suboptimal operation dispatch scheduling. An multi-time-scale optimal strategy is proposed to respond above challenges, using hybrid algorithm comprising model predictive control method collaborative consensus (CCA). approach hierarchy, rolling adjustment. A established schedule operations according latest forecast status information. then adjusted ultrashort-term adjustment CCA. Meanwhile, effect information transmission environment scheduling considered, robust CCA improved implementation under conditions. Case studies results are presented discussed show effectiveness with better matching between demand supply.
